Singapore Mental Wellness Summit
Mental health plays a huge role in our work performance. Those struggling with depression, anxiety or other mental illnesses may find it difficult to concentrate, negatively impacting their work. They may also participate less or shy away from their colleagues and this will affect their teamwork. In October 2022, as part of the world mental health day, we held a mental wellness summit to do our part to spread the knowledge and habits that improve our mental wellbeing to our network of friends and supporters. As parents, leaders and executives, it was an opportunity for many to learn how they could support the well-being and resilience of their team at work and home.
